Walter Benjamin's Archive " a reservoir of texts, commentaries scraps and fragments of everyday life combining myriad smaller archives, in which Benjamin gathered together all kinds of artefacts, assortment of images, texts and signs, themselves representing experiences, ideas and hopes, each of which was logged, systematized and analyzed by the author.
In them, Benjamin laid the groundwork for the salvaging of his own legacy" and in this idea of collecting, ordering and archiving to save to document your findings and thinking in a scrapbook is very similar to how i construct my work. In this book the notebooks are translated on the other page creating distance from the handwritten texts of the author.
